How do I choose between different arrow pullers?
Our arrow pullers vary by material (rubber vs. silicone) and grip style. For frequent use, we recommend the Pro-Grip Silicone model. Beginners often prefer the Basic Rubber puller for its affordability and ease of use.
What’s the difference between back tension and handheld trigger releases?
Back tension releases require gradual pressure for surprise shots (ideal for competition), while trigger releases offer immediate release (preferred by many hunters). Our warehouse archers can advise via email if you describe your shooting style.
Pro Tip: First-time release buyers often benefit from our “Try Two” program – purchase two different styles and return one within 15 days (both must be undamaged).
Shipping & Delivery
Why does Asia sometimes take longer for delivery?
Customs processing in some Asian countries adds 3-5 days. We recommend Standard Shipping for these regions as DHL/FedEx handles customs more efficiently than EMS.
Can I track my quiver order in real-time?
Absolutely! All Standard Shipping orders include DHL/FedEx tracking that updates from our Albuquerque warehouse to your doorstep. EMS tracking becomes active 48 hours after dispatch.
Tournament Tip: Order at least 3 weeks before competition dates. For urgent needs, select Standard Shipping and mention “Tournament Rush” in order notes for prioritized processing.
Returns & Exchanges
What if my chest protector doesn’t fit?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. The item must be unused with original packaging. Email [email protected] with your order number to initiate the process.
Can I return opened arrow lube?
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened chemical products. Unopened lube tubes in original packaging may be returned within the 15-day window.
Payments & Accounts
Do you accept JCB cards from Japanese customers?
Yes! We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for global orders. Note that some regional banks may block international archery equipment purchases – PayPal often solves this.
Why was my order for binoculars declined?
Certain high-value optics may trigger fraud protection. Try splitting your order or contact us to arrange a secure payment link. We never store payment details.
Technical Support
How should I maintain my new finger tab?
Our leather tabs benefit from occasional beeswax treatment (avoid petroleum products). For synthetic tabs, simply wipe clean with a damp cloth. See product pages for specific care instructions.
What’s the best arrow lube for carbon arrows?
Our Blue Streak Lube works well with all carbon arrows. For extreme conditions, try the Competition Blend (not suitable for wooden arrows). When in doubt, our archer-staff can advise based on your specific setup.
