Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):
- Shipping fee: $12.95 USD
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
Free Shipping (EMS):
- Available for orders over $50 USD
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding certain remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind every piece of archery equipment we sell. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process ensures you can shop with confidence.

- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Unused, in original packaging with all accessories

1. Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Contact our Archer-Support team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Product name and reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 48 hours, we’ll email:
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Prepaid return label (for US customers)
- International return instructions (if applicable)
Step 3: Package & Ship
Securely pack items using original packaging. Include:
- Completed return form (printed from your email)
- All original accessories and documentation
- RMA number clearly visible on the exterior
2. Refund Processing
Timeline:
- Upon Receipt: Inspection within 3 business days
- Approval: Refund processed within 48 hours of approval
- Bank Processing: 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution
Methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to original card (Visa/MasterCard/JCB)
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
- Store Credit: Available upon request (instant processing)
3. Exchange Process
For size or product exchanges:
- Follow standard return procedure
- Note “EXCHANGE REQUEST” in your email subject
- Specify desired replacement item
We’ll ship the new item once return tracking shows in-transit.

4. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our competition-grade quality standards, these items cannot be returned:
- Arrow Lube: Opened containers (safety restriction)
- Customized Equipment: Personalized finger tabs or releases
- Optic Accessories: Installed lens treatments (unless defective)
Defective items are covered under our warranty policy.
5. International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Allow 3-5 additional business days for processing
